Why this comes before the truck
A lot that is beautiful in the field can still fail a destination check if packaging, residue, temperature or origin records do not match what that market requires. Readiness is the map of those requirements against your actual product.
If a crop or destination is not eligible, it is better to know that before trucks and paperwork start moving. We would rather stop an ineligible plan early than dress it up as an export.
