Getting started
How do I start selling?+
Call us on (+234) 814 172 2222. Tell us what you grow, how much and when it will be ready. We confirm pick-up or drop-off and storage.
Do I have to sell right after harvest?+
No. Storage lets you wait for a better price and a buyer, instead of selling in a rush.
Do you only work with large farms?+
No. We combine produce from many farms, so smaller harvests can sell into larger orders.
Is the AfriChill dashboard open?+
Not yet. Until it opens, we handle orders directly.
Payment
How do I get paid?+
When the buyer confirms delivery, we take storage and transport costs from the sale price and pay you the rest. Your statement shows every deduction.
Buying
Can I order a specific product?+
Yes. Send us the product, grade, quantity, date and place. We match it to graded supply.
What do I see before I order?+
The batch's grade, origin, temperature history and custody trail.
Export
Is every product eligible for export?+
No. Export depends on the product, its handling, its documents and the destination's rules. In the readiness step we check these and tell you what to change, or whether to stop.
What is an Export Compliance Pack?+
The documents and checks one market asks for, prepared for one product and one destination.
Should I start with readiness or a pack?+
Start with readiness if you are not sure a market is possible. If you know your product and destination, ask for a pack.
Do you issue the certificates?+
No. Authorities issue official certificates. We coordinate the records and inspections they depend on.
Can you guarantee my shipment will be accepted?+
No. The destination decides. We help you avoid mismatches before you ship.
