Short answers on how farmers enter the network, how buyers source, how payment works, and what export requires.

If your question is about a specific crop, volume or destination, contact us. The form is the fastest way to reach the people who handle that route.

How do farmers get paid?+

Once produce is sold, applicable storage and transportation costs are deducted and the remaining balance is paid to the farmer.

Do I have to sell immediately after harvest?+

No. The point of the network is to store under the right conditions so you are not forced into an early, low-value sale.

Can buyers request a specific product?+

Yes. Tell us what you need. We work to source it through aggregated supply in the network.

Is every product eligible for export?+

No. Export depends on the product, handling, documentation and the destination market’s requirements. We help prepare eligible produce.

What is an Export Compliance Pack?+

A structured set of documentation and compliance support designed around a particular product and destination market.

How do I start as a farmer?+

Bring harvest into the network as soon as you can after picking. We coordinate collection, storage and a market. Contact us or use Become an aggregator when you are ready.

How do I start as a buyer?+

Tell us the product, volume, quality, timing and destination. We work across aggregated supply to source it, then handle and deliver.

Do you only work with large farms?+

No. Aggregation exists so smaller harvests can still sell into larger orders. Volume is built across many farms, not only from one gate.

Is the dashboard open?+

Not yet. Until farmers and buyers can sign in to sell and shop, write to the team and we will take it from there.
