1. Register

You do: Tell us what you grow, how much and when it will be ready, by WhatsApp, phone or web

We do: Confirm we can take it and agree on pickup or drop-off

You see: A confirmation with your batch number

2. Hand over

You do: Deliver the produce, or have it collected

We do: Check it in, cool it, and store it at the right temperature

You see: Your batch record opens

3. Grade and record

You do: Nothing

We do: Grade it, give it a B-Score and attach temperature and location records

You see: Your grade and batch record

4. Sell

You do: Agree the price or price range

We do: List it on Smart Markets or match it to a buyer

You see: Offers and orders

5. Deliver

You do: Nothing

We do: Move it in temperature-controlled transport with tracking; the buyer confirms delivery

You see: Delivery status

6. Get paid

You do: Check your statement

We do: Deduct storage and transport costs and pay you the rest

You see: A payment statement showing every deduction
