Compliance packs

Documentation built around product and destination.

Export Compliance Packs are a structured set of documentation and compliance support designed around the requirements of a particular product and destination market.

Product and destination

The pack is built around the crop and the country — not a generic folder.

Inspections coordinated

The checks that destination markets expect, lined up with the lot.

Handling evidence

Temperature and handling records that match the physical chain.

Not a generic folder

Requirements change with the crop and the country. A compliance pack coordinates the records, inspections and handling evidence that shipment needs — instead of leaving teams to assemble them at the last minute.

Export Compliance Packs are a structured set of documentation and compliance support designed around the requirements of a particular product and destination market.

What goes into a pack

The destination’s requirements for that product. The documents and certificates typically asked for. Inspection coordination. Traceability records. Handling and temperature evidence that matches what actually happened to the lot.

A pack is not a stack of templates with the country name swapped. If the crop changes or the market changes, the pack changes with it.

When to request one

When you already know the product and where it needs to go, and you need the documentation and compliance work held together with the physical chain — not chased after the truck has left.

If you are still testing whether a market is possible, start with export readiness. The pack comes once the pair is real.

  1. 01

    Lock product and destination

The pack is built around that pair. Vague markets produce vague folders.

  2. 02

    Collect what the market asks

Documents, inspections, traceability and handling evidence for that crop and country.

  3. 03

    Keep paper with the chain

Records are assembled alongside storage, packing and movement — not written afterwards.

  4. 04

    Ship with the pack

The lot leaves with the support that destination typically requires.

Is a pack the same as a phytosanitary certificate?+

No. A certificate may sit inside the work. A pack is the structured set of documentation and coordination around the whole consignment.

Can one pack cover several destinations?+

Requirements differ by market. We build around a particular product and destination so the pack is usable, not generic.
